Ok, I did a few things.
First, I emailed a contact I have at Bing and explained the whwole situation and asked him what Bing's policy is. AS soon as he responds I let everyone know.
Second, I placed a small order for a couple of cheap items from Adorama by clicking thru the 10% link. I received 10% on one item and only 3% on the other.
So, now I am confused. It is possible that my 10% cash back success this week (twice) were a coincidence and Drozz and Maveric may be correct. If so, I certainly owe everyone a big apology.
Unfortunately, I am on my way out of town. So please proceed with caution and my sincerest apologies if it turns out that I was mistaken.
