First try at baby shots. I am new at this so any advice would be welcomed. I found it rather difficult to pose her as she would always work herself back into the same position. I really wanted some crossed hands under the chin shots but nothing I tried would work.

These were taken with Canon Xti, 17-55 2.8 lens, and a 430ex flash bounced from ceiling. The background is white seamless and I also used a 600 watt reflector lamp on right side which the baby loved because of the heat. Left side I was in front of a picture window which did not offer much light as it was an overcast day.

I know, I should of had her on a lazysusan, every time we would reposition her she would cry and would need to be held for a bit. I was also trying to keep her against the seamless, so before crop you see the wall on either side.

Next time I'll do better I hope...
