Anke - you ego-tripper - you! Please be a bit more more considerate to us aspiring amateurs who don't see their work pasted anywhere - let alone bloody great bill boards!

P.S. I thought the majority of the antique shops had gone from the Pantiles - are there really that many there? I might even pay it a return visit sometime.

Ahh, just having my moment, I'm sure it'll be someone else's next week :D

Still a lot of antique shops, even a sale room. There's a few farm shops popping up there and in the immediate area too now which is really cool.

Mental note to avoid night shoots in the city with the likes of you two ;)

Still remember the **** security by the London eye last year, "have you finished filming?" "I don't shoot film!" with a confused look on his face he wondered off to harass the rest of the group! Haha ..

Hi guys,

Is there any interest in meeting up tomorrow at the Devil's Punchbowl? Meet info is on the first page .... If not I will have to cancel it as there're very few takers from my local photography club too :( Wish I had arranged it for today as the weather's gorgeous but I'm sitting in a garage at the moment having my car serviced - booked it a fortnight ago!

*huffff*

Cheers :)

Thanks guys.

I felt even more nervous when I just confirmed the order and then the safari page crashed! Had to ring the store to find out if they received the order- their server had crashed the moment I placed my order and they had to ring me back whilst the server was re-booted.

fyi
Battery was from Amazon- free p&p
Flash card was from Wilkinson
Camera & grip from ABC. -free p&p

Switchblade- I know!

I'm off to run to the bank and put some money in!

cool - any to share yet?

I'm often grateful (other than feeding time!) for the small petting Zoo we have at home - great for rainy day photography and testing new cameras when you don't have another subject to hand! (and the wife hates having her photo taken!)

one of the most recent additions being our very cute Rabbit "Button"...

QUOTED IMAGE

They are very cute, we have one as well that is now a house rabbit, wife got me to agree to that one in a moment of weakness;)

On another note has anyone got or used a Gorrillapod?

I have the focus which I like, very versatile and took in on holiday instead of a tripod but it is overpriced for what it is
