Shes actually 2 weeks early, she was induced on Monday because of high BP. So the are now trying a stronger hormone to bring it on quicker.

She might end up with a C section then if baby don't budge, crumbs! :(

Curry helps, or so I'm told.

We've had a couple of Madras', but i think because we eat so much spicy food anyway it didn't do much. I think today's the day though........hopefully.

best of luck with the new arrival fella! (and yes some cute baby photos are a must!)

- I'm sure there's a proper thread for this kind of antic but in the spirit of sharing... Jessops have their Autumn code offers back - it means (for example) you can save £50 off a Canon 7D (which they have at £1299 body only) your for just £1249 - ok it's only fifty quid, but that's the cheapest I've managed to find it for!

oh and a picture just cos... (might keep you guessing for a page or two?!) :D

Wow.

If that's good at full res, it would make an excellent desktop picture!

Thanks Pete - if someone guesses what it is I could give the Hi Res image as the prize! :D

(and it did make a lovely desktop for a few weeks!) ;)

Question time..

I need a Canon remote release cord. The one I had been using until a year ago, was a cheap one from NZ, which cost about £15. I simply need it to shoot long bulb exposures - something I've been lacking lately in my landscapes - cue 22min Stonehenge photo:

So yeah, I need to buy a new cord, as my old one is completely wasted, overused, cable falling apart.
Anyone know of a cheap one available in UK? Which does the same function. Or even the original Canon product at a cheaper price.

awsome, awesome shot fella... *must make effort to visit the 'Henge!*

I have a Hahnal(?) release cord which works on my 1D & 40D (and the G10 for that matter) I bought it at Jessops for a fraction of the price of the Canon one...

- hope this is what you were after?

The basic Canon one "RS-60E3" is less than £13 at WarehouseExpress. I'd stick with genuine Canon ones.

I really love that Stonehenge shot by the way.

I had my money on you getting this one first KCY, given you visited the place not so long ago (I seem to recall!)

*clue* it's not a remotely exciting subject or a macro
