Have any of you had to return the refurbs? How long have you had them? cosmetically are they in good shape? thanks everybody!

The camera I got was indistinguishable from a new camera except that the manuals, etc. were packaged differently. The folks were very friendly and helpful, I got the camera quickly, and they made it easy to return my XT.

Got a 50D to replace my 30D about a month ago. No complaints, everything looks like new except for the white box it came in. Shutter count on the camera was not quite 600.

I have to tell you that if you go ahead and and decide to go with the program you should have no worries as mine showed up like new condition.
