The scams for sale are mostly obvious, the scams to buy can be smoked out within one email or phone call. In some regards, it's better to actually see what you are buying prior to pulling the trigger and handing over the cash. Someone who grabbed a bag out of the car or who broke into a house is not going to have the boxes.
