Hi all

Had a doozy of a storm come through Brissy last night.

here is my best from the bunch that I took (only needed a 3 sec exposure @f8 @22mm and ISO 100):

That's some wild electricity going on... love the colour!
The car roof is a distraction, maybe just burn it out?

Quite a bolt of lightning there. Too bad you could not get more interesting surroundings. I'd take no surroundings at all compared to the tree silhouettes and partial car in the frame as they really distract your eye.

Regardless, that's some gutsy photography there. Super awesome lightning bolt. Did it give a nice *crack* when it hit?

Yikes! Look at all those veins. That's one thick piece of lightning. So beautiful.

The sillouette of the palm tree is a really nice touch. :)
