Hi,

This is probably a really stupid question, but is there a cable available that connects my 40D to my laptop, so that the image is available to view on the laptop as soon as I've taken the picture? I am hoping to do some short photography sessions at my local preschool, and I want to be able to show the images to the mums as they are taken, so they can decide what they want there and then. Sorry if this has already been asked before.

Thanks!
Laura.

The cable that came with it will do this, assuming that your laptop has a USB port. You need the Canon supplied software for REMOTE CAPTURE installed which also came with your camera.

A skill is developed through constant practice with a passion to improve, not bought.
