Is there anyway to setup the camera to select focus points like the xxD bodies? Push the af select button then turn the top dial to cycle through all the main focus points? If so how do I set that up? Thanks.

I've read through the manual and messed with all the custom functions and can't figure it out.

Only the quick control dial can be used as far as I know. I believe the white paper specifically points this out and the reasoning behind it.

Nope - you have to use both dials, or the joystick.

Yes please. You need some weird finger acrobatics to reach it in portrait orientation.
