Haven't shot much at all in the past few months, sadly. Here's a picture of my Boxer/Border Collie mix, Roxie posing in the leaves
Any critique is welcome!

Ears are up, dog looks full of spunk! The background is a big incongruous with the forground though. Spring/summer flowers and crisp fall leaves. It doesn't compute in my mind. That's the only thing that I don't like though. Really great photo. Sue Cassidy

For suecassidy, we've still got flowers here (about 180 miles south of Philadelphia, where the OP is) even as the leaves fall - it does look kind of incongruous. Some Canon stuff and a little bit of Yongnuo.

I kind of liked the flowers in the background, as, in my head it showed a transition from spring/summer, with the remnants of spring/summer in the background to fall leaves in the foreground http://www.juliarosephoto.com

The first one was nice, but I think this one is outstanding. Nice light in her eyes, sharp details, and the composition highlights her perfectly. Some Canon stuff and a little bit of Yongnuo.
