Mallards at the park today

Went to the local park to try out my new 70-200 L IS. I am new at this, any CC appreciated. I am trying to maintain quality of the originals, but scale my pics down so I can get them on here. All three are heavy crops from originals to get the file size down below 150KB.

Did you use a polarizer? The water looks over reflective.

I did not. Just bought the lens and have not had the chance to get one yet? Any you can suggest, CPL or other, type?

I picked up a B & W Circular-Pol 67mm for around $80.
Shop around a bit, but there are few of better quality.
Nice pair with your 70-200mm f/4 IS USM glass!
The advice I listened to told me "Why put a cheap filter on an expensive lens?"
I agreed.

Sounds like good advice. I am looking right now for a UV and CPL.
