try to add some space between each posted image, helps a lot when viewing

4th is my fav, although I wish there was more of the top banner in view.

#1 - like the b/w, don't like how the bottom of the net is hiding her mouth.

#2 - Subject of photo is OOF - #7 behind her is in focus.

#3 - I like the shot, but I'd like to see it taken a little more to the left and a tad higher, so we can fully see the coach's face.

#4 - I like this wide angle shot.

#8 - looks a little soft, what shutter speed were you using?

That is an impressive crowd for a volleyball game. Is this the playoffs?

In most, the shutter was at 1/640. I'm using a 40D and 20D. IMO, getting better shots from the 20D.

Playoffs don't start for a while yet, regular season game with actual attendance a bit over 10k, which is a record. #8 ISU vs #10 Nebraska.

Incredible to draw that kind of crowd for volleyball - I had no idea. Our local college team might get that many for men's basketball 4 times a season.

It is. And exciting. Nebraska travels well for volleyball which helps, but our 8th ranked Cyclones have been doing fantastic this year, including beating Nebraska in Lincoln for the first time ever and then beating previously undefeated Texas last Wednesday night at home. Saturday didn't go our way at all, we just looked way too tired (the Wednesday night set went all the way to 5 sets and was a vicious struggle all the way).

Of note, that was our first home loss of the season and the team has only dropped 5 sets at home all year. And, this program was horrid in volleyball not long ago - the worse was an 0-20 season in 2000. We certainly love coach Christy Johnson!

It's too bad no. 2 was a little OOF, otherwise that would have been great.

1 - nice capture but the leg and hand on the left need to be cropped out
2 - as per others, oof
3 - only post i dig on game shots is b+w, but to each his own
4 - crop o just above the banners to get rid of score clock
5 - eek, pretty cheesy. this only works if done in camera. also horizon is off
6 - doesn't do anything for me, and i am a red blooded male in his 30's
7 - needs a diferent crop
8 - horizon is off.

Yes, quite aware that she's a Nebraska alumni...so are most ISU fans. It's imperative we continue to support the Cyclone VB program in order to keep our coach. She's saying the right things so far.
