After an aborted attempt last week, a new date has been put forward.

Just to give everyone plenty of notice, its in 6 days

Sunday 15 November.

I will probably take the troop carrier (all been fixed, going well [touch wood]) so I can carry a few bodies.

Long term forecast is for reasonable weather conditions.

This may be the only trip we have organised this year?? pretty poor fella's & fellaess'es

Origional idea came from Tony who really wants to get into heavily processed HDR's ;)

Plenty to see down that way.

So, how about it?

We need timings, numbers, who's buying lunch etc

sounds good to me. I'm s'posed to be on standby this Sunday but should be able to offload a few hours to someone else, will confirm tomorrow.
Will likely take the ixat i-neg so will have a coupla seats spare also if all goes to plan. Timing? no particular need to be anywhere at any specific time - see what suits?

Yep, timings not so important really.

I don't have any intention of getting up early enough to down there for sun-rise. Doesn't worry me if we stay till quite late in the evening for some more subdued lighting, I'm easy each way. Really depends upon conditions really. Anything overcast would be great.

Good exercises in exposure control during the day.

OK; that's 2, were doing well

Duncan

Weather permitting, I'm definitely in this time.
And since you're offering, haven't had a pancake at flippin bear for a while, thanks Mark;)

Cheers, Paul.

Cool, look forward to meeting you.

Final details will fill themselves in as time progresses (or maybe not ).

And then there were 3:

Mark
Paulo

Cheers mate, at the moment we are in a living hell

Had a second legal opinion today from a barrister and we basically have to ride the storm and see where we end up

Yeah Man!!

There will be a few more than 3 (but who cares anyway??)

You could add Tony, possibly Moppie, perhaps Clive & who-ever else.

Sometimes too many people can be a pain as well, don't get to do what you like, nor spend much time getting to know the others etc.

turns out I'm not on standby this Sunday - it was hugely funny asking someone to fill in, then finding they were on deck anyway! (guess you had to be there...)

anyways, I'm going. :-)
