So it sucks yes, but in order for him to maintain decent pricing and not increas his overhead, he had to do it (according to PCB)

Or put me and the wife up for a free week in jamaica and I'll pay for the cybersyncs myself.

This is the reason why. He doesn't want to send to a US address with a credit card's billing address in Jamaica. Paul C. Buff's choice not to accept PayPal, though inconvenient for some customers, is his personal preference.
