You are not living in the USA. They do not ship out of the States. Find a friend in the States that can buy them for you. Send them the cash and then have them ship it to you.

Well, he's stated his reasons for not shipping internationally. So it sucks yes, but in order for him to maintain decent pricing and not increas his overhead, he had to do it (according to PCB)
Are you living in Jamaica?

i have ordered countless things before from other places like amazon and barnes and noble and once you gave a usa shipping address it wasn't a problem

The company is avoiding credit card fraud...card billing address different from shipping address--entirely different countries at that. Different companies have different policies for handling such things, and depending on their business model, the risks may or may not outweigh the gains. Paul C Buff, Inc, is a small business with no lawyers on staff.

When I was in the US Air Force, there were many US companies that refused even to send packages to military stationed overseas.

I don't think his policy sucks, he is entitled to trade with whomsoever he chooses to.

He is obviously a small time player, and you'd not want to get his gear as trying to get warranty support would be impossible.

If buying from the USA, then once you have been registered AND vetted by B&H NY and within a $1,500 [export] limit, they will send goods almost anywhere in the World and will warranty them overseas.

They are a great place to purchase from, but vetting and clearance will take about two weeks before purchases can be made for foreign customers.

Why not let your friend here in USA order it for you and you pay him.

I've been turned down as I'm in canada at a few places, even with a US shipping address, so I hear ya, but mufutau's suggestion might be your best bet..... Or put me and the wife up for a free week in jamaica and I'll pay for the cybersyncs myself. :)

This is the reason why. He doesn't want to send to a US address with a credit card's billing address in Jamaica. Paul C. Buff's choice not to accept PayPal, though inconvenient for some customers, is his personal preference.
