Just bought my new 5D (new to me) and was driving down the road and came across these moose. Didn't even get a chance to look at what the settings were on the camera, just threw on my 400mm and started shooting.

Looks like you got it right. That little guy on the right won't win the battle this year! Excellent shot, I've never seen moose in rut before. Well done!

My 6 year old daughter would be in love with this picture (it's her favorite animal). This is a really cool picture. I'd love to go to Alaska and see this in person.
