Can someone tell me a very precise way to select this runner, so I can extract him from this file. Is Lasso as good as any?
It is of course much larger than this, so easy to work with.
Thanks

Your options are extract filter, magnetic lasso tweaked with regular lasso, or whatever search/google tells you.
