Hot pixel disappearing by itself in DPP?

I just tested my 7D for hot pixels. I put the lens cap on, shutter 30 seconds, and 3200 ISO. I noticed a green hot pixel when I open the raw image in DPP. However after like 5 seconds, the green hot pixel disappears.

But I would prefer it that my camera doesn't have hot pixels in the first place. Is there a way to fix the hot pixel myself or do I have to send it into Canon to get the sensor replaced?

It may be the default NR setting in DPP. You can in Preferences turn off NR.
BTW, hot pixels that show up in such a situation may never show up in normal shooting situations.
