Problem with the Internet, anyone can publish anything and label themselves any way they wish. There are a lot of problems with the methodology of that review... #1 thing that comes to mind: The type of shooting they profess to do (landscape), the 5D MkII would be a better choice of camera than the 7D.

He tested it and didn't get the result he wanted but replied on the comments that " you should test it for your own self and don't believe what he said, no need for bashing the guy. he shared his result, it's either you ignore it or take it for what it is but don't need to be salty about it. No I'm not a photographer, I just shoot with Canon DSLR with those lenses with red thingy...

stsva Cream of the Crop More info | Nov 13, 2009 12:54 | #7 His methodology and conclusions are questionable (for example, no sharpening applied - questionable because different cameras have different anti-aliasing filters resulting in different sharpness out of camera), but at least he doesn't claim to be the final word on the matter. Some Canon stuff and a little bit of Yongnuo.
