I am probably stating the obvious here, but you can just download all the software from Canon. If you have never installed their setups before, just search here for the word "canon.reg" and you will see how you can quickly change the registry to allow the installation.

Or is this for resale?

Selling the Camera aye? Well probably the best thing to do is search ebay, if you cant find it there give Canon a call and they might send you a copy for free or charge a small fee.

If anything, download the software, burn it to CD and have that go with the camera.

Anyone looking at a 1DIII (Or most DSLR's for that fact) are looking for the body and not if the software is on the original CD. :)

People will try to make you feel that it is a deal breaker or that you should take money off for it, its not and dont take money off either. :D

Good luck and take care.
