What did I do?

I was using a 24-70L, ISO was at 400 but they look noisy like it was much higher. Is there anything I can do about these?

Skin tones are off, tried to fix them in LR, but I don't know how...

Any suggestions? Please!

If using higher ISO, I try to over-expose my subject, JUST A TAD. I should first state that I shoot RAW, so I have more control over the photo, afterwards. At any rate, once I view the RAW file on my computer, I lower the exposure by the amount the shot was OVER exposed. This allows the photo to be properly exposed, but yet the noise is much less noticeable, as most of the noise is lost when the exposure is lowered. This works especially well in the dark areas (where noise is most noticeable).

If you decide to try my advice, make sure you are not over-exposing the photo by TOO much. You don't want blown pixels, as there is no way to recover these.

Hope you find this somewhat helpful!

Underexposed and focus points are off? Definitely use a gray card or something to set white balance in the future. I think the best you can do with these is to convert to B&W maybe to salvage if this is all you have?
