I took some raw photoshoot so I use full CS4 software so wont let me open raw picture in CS4 :( Any ideas ??

Just double checking, but do you have ACR installed? And you also one to have it set to open as RAW when you click on the image.

What camera did you use. In all likelihood you need to update the Adobe Camera Raw plugin. The easiest way to do it is to open Adobe Bridge and go to Help > Updates.
