I am considering a camera for my daughter. I'd appreciate input from Rebel users on the choice between the XSi and XTi.
Thanks.

It's my first dSLR and it's a more than capable camera (for me, anyway). I'm not planning on upgrading bodies anytime soon. With that said, I've never used an XSi but when I was researching bodies, I thought the XTi would be plenty for me and it is. Good luck to you and your daughter. Win - win for both of you. Couple of DSLRs, number of lenses and other stuff... plenty short on talent.
