My customer purchased a Graphi Album (I ordered 2 to use one as a sample).

Let me know what you think? :)

Thanks!

They look like poor resolution. I am hoping that's just compression showing online.

On page 12-13. It looks like they have a Lebron James photo at their wedding. I didn't get past page 14-15 because I lost interest. If the couple like the photos I'm sure they will love the album.

Not sure what sctbiggs is seeing but resolution is fine... it's the web man!

I thought some to the geometric gray shapes were a little too distracting (busy) on page 5. Other than that you captured the day very nicely... The couple should really love the images and album.

Yeah I agree, it's the web that's given them the poor resolution. I'm sure the originals are fine.
Great pictures though. I love the staircase shot especially.

Nice pics but I don't like all the background graphics, they seem a bit random as do many of the layouts, not much symmetry, many different sizes and crop ratios used, gaps between images etc, it all looks a bit random to me.

Specific pages critique.

Page 2 - Don't like the different crops

Page 4/5 - I don't think the graphics add anything and I think page 5 looks jumbled.

Page 7- Image placement looks very random, different gaps and alignments dont work for me.

Page 10/11 - Graphics don't work imo

Page 14/15 - Graphics don't work imo, keyline round right hand images looks different widths.

Page 16/17 - Image placements just don't work imo

Page 18/19 - Image placements look jumbled, there's keylines around 2 images on page 19 but not the others.

Page 22/23 - Page 23 doesn't work for me, white keyline just looks random the way it disappears into side of one image and bottom of another, image gaps look random.

What @jonwhite said..

Page 2: looks a little bare. maybe adding an uncluttered background with flowers could add more color..

Page 5: looks a little cluttered. Here's an example of a clean layout (https://photography-on-the.net …1&highlight=album+layouts) from jonwhite.

Page 26-27: looks clean!

Page 28-29: be careful on where the bride/groom is placed on the canvas. it looks as if the bride's face is gonna get split by the page break.

Overall, the pictures look nice, just work on de-cluttering each page. Do a search of different album layouts on this forum and you'll find a ton of great examples..

here's one of my layouts if it helps any:

Take a gander of these wedding albums by Queensbury using Photojunction album layout software for some future ideas.

Photojunction, free, can be used with other printers... including Graphistudio

I am sure your clients will love this album...you have captured the memories well.
What I have learned from doing many albums is that the design is very subjective and individual.
Some clients want many, many photos and love all the '' bells and whistles''
Others like a very clean crisp album with less photos.
I have several sample pages with varied designs to offer my clients.

cheers Val

Here's another wedding album sample link for inspiration:

I've had a sweet-sixteen book printed by mypublisher.com and they did a really nice job. Will use them again.
