Shot these last Saturday at a park in Palm Beach at a Pros & Joes events; Missed the foucs a bit on a few of them, Also how good or bad do you all think the editing came off; #4 I should have done a better job on blending the dodging of the rider to background

#1 are definatly out of focus, #2 looks to be infocus but theres an ugly cone in the way and nothing is really that exciting and drawing me to the picture
#4 is definatly your best, it might be a bit out of focus as well. I dont mind the dodge it does help him stand out from the picture a bit better, but you are right it could have been done better.
Keep shooting not like your gonna get snow down there..stupid canada.

Where were you shooting these from? it must be a super narrow lake or else you were on another boat?

Is it really that hard to post using actual words instead of texting abbreviations?

As for the photos, #2 and #4 are my favorites, keep shooting!

Instead of dodging the background...use the filter option in camera raw. Using first the highlights produces better results.

The tendency with most action sports is to shoot wide, This is completely opposite of team/one on one sports where the tight shots are the preferred, But the better option is to get a good mix of both tight and wide regardless of the trends
