Beautiful shot -- actually outstanding to my eyes -- only way to improve it -- (my suggestion here) --photoshop out the cell tower

Wow that's perfect. The fog adds some great atmosphere and you even captured a sliver of the moon in the sky.

Beautiful sunrise, your timing was impeccable. Have to agree with MarkM about the cell tower, but that is an easy fix.
