Interesting but no mention of price.

Looking at the pics it seems like installing a flash in the hotshoe would make it hard to reach the controls or view the screen.

According to their guestbook, $180USD for a set, $100USD for a receiver. Those are retail prices.

I do believe the floodgates are beginning to open for PW replacements.

That's not a bad price. These really have a lot of potential.

They are selling the Nikon version on ebay for $130 for a set. (1 trans , 1 rec)

The Canon version should be out by Christmas or early next year.

I never seen any significant difference from radiopopper, pocket wizard, or this product other than its looks. Can anyone just break it down simple the main differences?

The end result is the same from all 3. And that is simply an automaticaly metered flash exopsure. The difference is in how they remove the wires. Radio Poppers intercept the IR signals that the master flash puts out, then translates it into RF, another popper recieves the RF and retranslates back to IR for the slave. The Wizards basically fool the camera into thinking it has a flash on top of it. It then sends to the reciever whatever signals it gets from the camera. This one works very much the same way as the Wizard.

I agree this is quite interesting. At $180 it's reasonable if they work well.

Most likley $130 not $180. The Nikons are currently $130 for a set, so the canons will most likley be priced the same.
