Does anybody think this thing can fit a 7D with a 15-85, 100-400, Sigma 30, and a flash? I'm really looking for a bag like this to hold the 100-400, and it looks like it may fit! As crazy as this sounds, I would really like to trade up my 70-200+1.4xII for a 100-400, and if I can find a sling bag to hold the 100-400 I will do it! (Love my slingshot 100 that holds all my gear now)

Yes it will as long as there's no grip on the 7D. I fit an unmounted 100-400 in mine.

Today I have my 5D2 gripped w/85L mounted (reversed hood though or zipper would not close due to grip), 24-70 w/hood reversed, 580EXII, & S90 comfortably packed in it.

Whoa a 5D2 gripped fit in this bag? What way/order did you put the camera in? I'm curious. The pictures made it looked like anything gripped would be a pretty hard fit.

1.Flash
2.Gripped 5D/85L
3.S90 in case
4.24-70

The gripped body & lens need to be as deep into the bag as possible for the zipper to comfortably close.

I just got the Incase DSLR sling and I love it!

I cant fit:
1. Nikon D300 w/17-55 + revered hood
2. Nikon D50 w/10.5 fisheye
3. Nikon SB800
4. Nikon 35mm f/1.8

Still trying to figure out how to strap a tripod on the side...

w00tgasm: Is it too tight to store the body and lens combo w/ the hood reversed?

because of the nature of the dividers, yes.

was it easy to flip the bag over to pull your camera out or does it require you to unbuckel the strap first? This is one bag i'm considering since it doesnt look like a typical camera bag, the boxy and ugly.

What I would like to see in Version two of this very nice bag (my favorite sling so far):

1.More seam reenforcement!

2.Ability to place dividers at any point in the bag (more versatile velcro system)

3.One or two safety buckles reinforcing the main compartment. If this zipper opens or fails, thousands of dollars of gear will be at risk for damage
Example:

4.A very slight amount of additional width (anterior to posterior) to allow forcomfortable placement of a gripped body

5.Not important: maybe a pouch on the sling that can hold a cellphone, iPod, lenscleaner, condoms....

That being said, I have an AC joint tear and slings feel much more painful than backpacks for me.

Can someone with an iPad tell me if it fits in the front zippered pocket on the Incase sling bag? Thanks!
