I just receive my Incase Sling Pack in the parcel.

its great!

small and compact, yet looks good.

unlike any other camera bags.

anyway,

I'm able to fit in:

Fujifilm S5 Pro with Grip or Nikon F5 (both fitted with lense)
Nikon AF 80-200 D Push Pull
Nikon SB-800 or Nikon SB-26

As I'm sure many of you are wondering the same question of will it fit a gripped camera.

It fits.

You just have to remove one of the center dividers, and place your camera body inside the bag, with the len facing outwards to you.

**the fitted lens on the bodies are not the 24-70 or 28-70 f/2.8.

Fujifilm S5 Pro is fitted with Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
Nikon F5 is fitted with Nikon AF-D 24-120mm

Just want to add to this review to avoid the hassle of creating a separate review. I got this bag about 2 months ago, and I feel like I've used it enough for me to write some comments.

I agree with everything the OP says about its built, sturdy clips, space, etc.

The absolute BEST feature I love about this bag is that IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A CAMERA BAG. This probably won't matter to very many people, but it does to me, not because of styling (it looks great btw), but more of a "blending in" type of deal. I don't have to worry about people targeting my goofy-looking camera bag and trying to steal something from it.

Next, this bag can FIT stuff! Ooh man, what a simple, yet effective design. I can do a 1 body/4 lens setup In my bag right now I have:

* 40D with Tamron 17-50mm mounted, hood STRAIGHT
* Sigma 10-20mm hood STRAIGHT
* Canon 70-200mm F/4 with hood reversed, tripod collar
* 430EX with omni-bounce (or can be replaced with another lens: prime or a small zoom)
* USB cable, CPL, extra batteries, and other small stuff.

The 70-200mm F/4 is about as deep as this bag will allow (although I don't have a F/2.8 to test it out). I can't mount the 70-200 to any body. I can mount a standard sized zoom or a small prime with its hood on (ie. Tammy 17-50, Sigma 10-20) no problem.

I'm still debating whether or not I want to keep this bag only because I'm thinking about getting one more lens (100mm L macro) to complete my lens collection (yea right, how many times have you guys heard someone say that?).

With the way I have my camera set up (lens facing down, back of body pointing towards me), I don't believe a grip will fit on my 40D.

Overall, I think this bag is PERFECT FOR TRAVELING. Its not meant to lug all of my gear, and I should make a conscious effort to NOT stuff my bag, so I will be forced to think creatively with the limited lenses I have.

I'm debating getting this bag AGAIN... When I reviewed it with my video review, I had a cokin X-pro filter setup... Those filters were just enough too big to fit in the outer pocket, so I had to put them inside the main compartment which took away space for the lenses etc. So it just was too small by about 1" in thickness and width... Now that I have Z filters and holder, they're just enough smaller I'd bet they'll fit in the outer pocket... My tele is bigger now (100-400 over a 70-300) but I think that would still just fit in the bag. I still want 2 straps, but at this point I'm seriously considering getting one and having someone take an old backpack I already own and stitching it's straps onto this bag...

Only thing about this bag is that you'll need a certain amount weight (gear) or else the bag tends to slip off your shoulder.

Maybe I'm not used to slings but I returned the incase because it didn't feel comfortable.

On another note, Incase customer support has been less than helpful with my return.

I just picked up my Incase sling. I'm loving it so far, for me it's a great day pack to carry just enough of what you need on the go without the bulk. I do have to agree with ZCphoto that the seams could use some extra reinforcement but, I fixed it by picking up some op/tech strap to wrap around the bag to keep the zippered flap close just in case.

that's odd that a decent number of people is have that seam issue. i had the bag for a long time and it has never been an issue for me. maybe a bad batch?

Been considering this bag for when I start to travel again in the spring. My only concern is the zipper as it seems to be on the outter rim of the bag so i have to ask, is the zipper exposed so much to leave it open for possible theft? Sure, you think youd realize if someone was unzipping the bag while you're wearing it, but, stranger things have happened.

I'm a Canadian looking for this bag - I tried the www.revolveclothing.com (external link) but it turns out that they are no longer able to ship outside of the US. Any other suggestion? I'm in Kitchener, Ontario.

thanks
