Taylor wanted the wet parking lot shoot because she saw some examples i had done before.

tonight was the perfect night for this..

so here is what we came up with for her.

you parking lots are becoming disco dance floors! Gotta love the wet asphalt! ;)
a very pretty model (no surprise here) and I think the last shot is the best.
Do you think next time you try this effect you can compress/blur the BG by opening up that lens a tad? You wont get the the crazy 35L star effect of which i am jealous, but still, maybe it will worth it.

i have tried that in the past. and the output almost looks like a cut and paste..

maybe i went too shallow before.. so probably some where in between

BTW it was the 85.. ha ha.. the 35 has a better star effect than what is shown here..

I dont think they are parking lot lights, they appear to be strobes. or at least i thought they were.

Pham - Always impressed with your shots. These are great and I love the lighting, especially how she's backlit and still exposed perfectly. Her hair and everything just pops. Love 'em!
