I am going to be shooting at our local arena. I have a 40D and these lenses, 17-50 F2.8, 55-250mm F4-5.6, and a 85mm F1.2L. I was thinking of using the L what do you guys think?

I arrive early, shoot through the glass off a piece of ice and set the "Custom White Balance." Just wondering if I should label and save that setting on my camera or repeat this each time I go?
