Hey everyone,
I just decided to purchase a second Tamon 1.4x PRO TC (white, reporting model) to use with my 70-200mm. I am currently using one Tamron Pro TC, and the IQ has been near perfect. The extreme sharpness, 3D look of the 70-200mm still is maintained with the TC on. I feel like I am able to push more range out of this lens without the IQ dropping that much... Yeah, I will be shooting at f/8, but in the circumstances I will use both, it will be very well lit... It would just be nice, if I want/need it, to have the focal "reach" of 220-627mm...
But I am curious of photo examples that some may have that use this combo at the wide end and long end? Also, will I loose AF stacking them on this lens? I have tried searching but no luck finding if (2) Tamron Pro models will kill AF on this lens?
