I have the Spyder Pro and a Dell U2410 and a Samsung 25" or so diplay - can't remember the model, but obviously it's a TN display. I have calibrated both using the Spyder pro and afterwards my wallpaper colors are different on each monitor. I thought that when you calibrate it would make both monitors look the same. It is very apparent in the reds on the Samsung - much more saturated looking than on the Dell.
I have read up on calibration and followed threads but still can't wrap my brain around it quite right. Another question I have is if my monitor is calibrated, why does the app need to be color managed as well? Is it that once calibrated it still is not sRGB? Gaaa.... I guess I should just calibrate and forget about it, eh? Lol!
Thanks
James
