I am convinced that dogs believe that it snows solely for their own personal enjoyment. :D

I LOVE that look of joy in their eye when you open the door and everything is white:lol: Jinx would leap out and run in circles with her nose in the snow:D

I am convinced my dog believes that it snows solely to torture him.

No walkies tonight! End of driveway for pee and back!

You'd better check, that might just be a cat. ;)

LOL. My dog is a bit of a prissy poopy. He's quite little and does not appreciate things that cover up his smells. He also hates getting snowballs stuck to his curly fur.

I knew one mutt who would agree with that statement...

I'm still waiting to see how Minnie reacts to her second encounter with snow. It took her a day or two to "warm" up to it last year, but eventually she seemed to enjoy it. Maybe we'll find out for sure in the next month or two.

I mentioned how much Zoebert is like Jinx, well I am getting major respect from the cats. I think after observing Zoƫ they are worried I have the power to shrink animals.

LOL!!!

I sold a disk last week. I told them (it was for one of the coast guard guys) that I just wanted the cost for the disk/shipping etc. But they sent me a check (2.5x what I quoted) and this note:

I got the disk safely today--thank you. I really do think your talent is worth paying for!

I had not realized before but some of the shots show my husband in the left front seat, and I can zoom right into his face. That makes it even better for his retirement present--and makes it even more "meant to be" because he's almost always in the right seat, where he wouldn't have shown up nearly as well.

I'm really jazzed that it worked out even better than they hoped. It's always nice to make someone happy.

That is awesome! In the Neil sense of the word.

I've gotta scan some pics of her pups some day, she had 6, 4 black with markings, one white, one tan. She was white and tan, the dad was all black with a white splash on his chest. We moved about 5 houses up the street when they were still tiny, we found an old pram in the new houses garage and put them all in it and walked her up with them in the pram, it was way cute.

Had quite the scare today. Was coming home after picking up the kiddle at school and it had been snowing for a few hours. The roads were a tad icy and I was driving their parents SUV. I was coming down a dual lane circular off ramp at about 30 km/h. Considering how long and wide it is, I was basically crawling. Then all of a sudden, we started sliding sideways into the next lane and the car was beeping and shaking and I was sure it was going to flip into the ditch when the back left tire went off the edge.

Thankfully I got it under control and steered back onto the road. I looked into the back seat and the kids' eyes were the size of dinner plates and they were almost in tears! It was terrifying.

Once we got home, the snow got even worse and at one point, it looked as if someone had put a white sheet over the window, we couldn't see outside. But thankfully on my own car I have snow tires and I had a very safe ride home! =D

Really glad everyone is okay! Holy cow!

Nice! The Redskins are my second fave team.

There are cleaner ways to make money, truly. But, at the end of the day, I am done with my day. Not going to sleep with the tangled up mess that was my 9-5 is worth it to me, at this point anyway!

Dragon, I don't know how you muck, day in and day out. I would get the wiggies.

Oh, I get the wiggies. And the heebie jeebies. And the 'omgican'tgointhere'. Never doubt it, lol! But, I take it as a personal challenge and I am a competitive sort

Thanks for not sending me the shot(s) of the refrigerator. We were just seated to eat when I read your message. :D

LOL! I would never send the horror's via text. The fridges are almost always the worst.

Hard to believe some of that kind of stuff, for sure. I too have seen some like that, and worse, but I bet you must have just seen tons in your time out there.

Good on you to take the stab, will do the soul good.
And as long as that road leads by here some day on your journey, I will be happy. :D

It has been an eye opener, for sure.

And thanks, Bear, your country is on my list :D
