If being equine was preferable to being bovine, I think Puddles would have made us all horses instead of bulls.

You have offended at least four people here.:p

We didn't have a Maynards in Oregon. But, there is one here in Casper!!!:D Fun store! I went there this morning for candles and found a couple cheap throw pillows too. Our little place is starting to look like a home. A new TV stand for the new tv and some kitchen supplies. Now throw pillows! Also have a pot roast in the crock pot. Should make hubby happy.

LOL! I finally had a couple minutes to do the shots of Amikah that I wanted for the BCA photos Lisa needs.

I closed all the other dogs out of the room, and just had Ams, and I swear she was like 'oh fun! A shoot! What do you want me to do? Lie here? Ok. Move just my head? You got it! You want me off the blanket, then back on facing the other way? No problem!"
 It was actually really funny. She was doing everything I told her to.

:lol:Did you tie her ears together?

I was worried I would and included my disclaimer in hopes of alleviating any hurt feelings. It would seem I still have managed to raise a few bovine hairs. I sincerely apologize.
Darn touchy feeley split hoofed critters:roll: :p

YAY! I can't wait to see :)

It cost me a Tamron lens hood. Apparently, the pups figured if they couldn't be in the bedroom studio, they'd eat the lens hood that I had so foolishly left on the counter.

Lisa, I'm not going to process these, other than cropping.
If there is one or two that you like, then I'll process those.

AND be completely honest, if this isn't what you had in mind, or if the blanket isn't BCA enough, just tell me. I won't mind at all. :)

For some reason, Photobucket won't upload for me. I remember trying a few days ago too, but it just does the upload super fast, then says 'upload failed'.

Something from the store. He still has to cut up the deer into smaller stuff.;) It's still in pretty large chunks in the freezer.

Dream on. Did you not see my very practical, dog friendly room in the photo the other day? Nothing frilly or silky is allowed in my house.

Well I would be positive about it. I mean you still got another person to use in your portfolio and having a wider variety of clients in your portfolio will help you in the long run, but if you handle the situation poorly that will just hurt your reputation. It sucks, but there will always be good and bad when getting a new business going... *shrug* :)

But, I bet you are much wiser now. These types of learning lessons have cost me 10's of thousands of dollars in developing my business, and seem to do so yet. Still learning.

CrazieCricket wrote in post #9115717 (external link)
awwww sorry to hear that, Tiff. Look for the positives though and count it as a learning experience. {{{Tiff}}}

Oh, I am thinking positive and handling the situation in a classy manner. I CAN edit myself and hold my temper on occasion. Doesn't take the sting out though. :(

That's why this year's reps pay up front and earn their session fee back in print credit...and, if they go somewhere else, the lose their $150.

I'm not stupid enough to make that mistake twice.
