Isn't black powder classified as an explosive while smokeless powder is classified as a propellant?
Yes, a can of black says explosive and a can of smokeless says flammable propellant.

Probably at least three are walking distance and another two or three involve a drive of no more than 10 or 15 minutes. The Burbank/Toluca Lake/North Hollywood area has about as many TJs as there are Starbucks... My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

I'm getting my butt kicked right at left! The Mouse. The Fish. Diane. Paula. You. I do believe that you handed my hiney to me in a 2nd game.... Those look yummy! cfpackerfan wrote in post #9175261 I am in search of some sea salt caramels this year. I had some last year that were a gift, and it was the BEST most amazing candy I'd ever had. Chewy perfect caramel, covered in dark chocolate, and sprinkled with crunchy sea salt. Can't seem to find any here. So I'm on an internet search. Glad Pea found them for you. short5 wrote in post #9175262 Nice form. *holds up card with 9.8 on it* I would have given you a perfect ten had you washed it down with half and half. Buttermilk. That gag-tastic crap gets bonus points.
short5 wrote in post #9175439 You were navy, I am sure you would come up with some ropes and knots to keep them in line. He does fine. cfpackerfan wrote in post #9175461 Did I mention to you all that the County donated a HUGE amount of fencing to us? It was quite the big deal. Lorraine's husband, Jim, went to the council meeting and asked for it, and they said yes! It is fencing that was around a dumping area that they closed down a while ago. It's a LOT of fencing. A few acres. We had to have unanimous approval from several city mayors, so it really is great that we got it! We got a company to donate a bunch of men and hours, and equipment, to help us remove it. Tomorrow is the big day. We're talking back hoes and semi trucks. WOOT!This fencing is going to be GREAT for us. We will be able to build several exercise yards at Apple Valley, and we are giving enough to one of the shelters that we work with so that they can build an exercise yard as well. I'm SO excited about it, but REALLY should be in bed getting a little sleep. LOL. Will be a long day tomorrow. That's wicked cool. sevillafox wrote in post #9176597 Has anyone seen the cover of the december rangefinder magazine? that picture is all about the light! http://www.rangefindermag.com/ I just got mine yesterday.Looking forward to being able to read it sometime next year. sevillafox wrote in post #9176637 No. Rangefinder is a really cool FREE photography magazine. *note to self: in the future do not attempt to start photography related discussions in a photography forum*
puddlepirate44 wrote in post #9176761 His philosophy was intriguing..... "You can take an average photo of an extraordinary thing, or an extraordinary photo of an average thing." In yesterday's show they tested the "myth" about whether a bus could jump an incomplete stretch of freeway like they did in the movie Speed. I mean, come on! Was there really anyone on the face of this planet who thought that was even remotely possible and not just a totally unbelievable movie stunt?!? Why didn't they just come out and admit from the start of the show that they just wanted to wreck a bus? You can only bust so many "myths" before you start running out of material... Head north. It's going to be raining here (Antelope Valley and L.A. valley areas) all weekend. It's in our forecast... Ours is coming. Hi Kit, nice post Edamame is a soy bean still in the shell dish. You steam them and add a little salt on the outside of them. They are served in a bowel at the table and people pop them out of their shells and eat them with their fingers discarding the shells. Think hot steamy green peanuts Japanese style. They serve them in bowel?!?! Blog
