a fire downtown yesterday, no injuries. good photo op. :)

Did they say anything to you when you were taking these? The Fire Dept. in Toronto yelled at me for taking pictures of them once, haha.

no i just stayed behind the police barricade and they were fine. There was a news paper photographer, and news reporter there too. i sent in some pictures and talked to the photo editor, they didnt use them. i was dissapointed because mine were good, of the action. [not the ones you see above] and his was the other side of the building after the fire. but hey hes gotta get paid.

Nice job on this series of photos. Too bad you couldn't slap on one of those white "L" lenses; put on a photographer-looking vest; and wear a corporate-type badge to make them think you were a press photographer.
