He said the little horned owls will come take it right from a gloved hand. Personally, I do not get the whole arguement. It's as if Pileateds eating suet in your yard are OK cause they aren't raptors or something, but you can't feed an owl a mouse. I can't quite figure out if it's about the owls rights or the mouse.
