Awesome set of images; I especially like that #1! Did you do any white balance correction on that first image or is that the way it came out of the camera?

I love the long exposure and the lighting is amazing. I made this one a favorite on flickr!

Here is another one of mine from yesterday. I used a B+W 110 ND and my Lee foundation kit with a Blue sunset grad to enhance the cool effect on the lower pool of water. The natural light fell exactly with the blue filter's line. Maybe a little too much. I like the result! I received the foundation kit for Christmas and was worried that i couldn't stack it with my other 77 filters but it worked like a charm. :) And on a side note, it looks like i found a Big Stopper in stock! We will see. :)

That was pretty close to out of the camera. After I added contrast and vibrance I might have put a touch of purple into it but not much. This is pretty close to the color cast the big stopper gives.

Just went there said it's out of stock. I have had a notice for when in stock since Oct 2010.

Where can I get one?

Damn

Cheers... jim

Wish i could tell you. I too have been signed up there since October. I just got my foundation kit for Christmas and have been trolling every site i could to find the big stopper. Went too B&H, Adorama, and Amazon to no avail. Before Christmas i saw it show up on Amazon and i placed an order and got an email stating that due to overwhelming demand they had went out of stock before my order cleared.

The crazy thing is i went to B&H this morning and it wasn't in stock. Went back there this afternoon and it was??? Either someone returned it or they found one or just happened to get one in. :/

I think it is truly the luck of the draw here. I'll keep on the lookout though and if i see anymore i'll let your know!

I just placed an order with Henry's Camera in Toronto and after pushing the dreaded confirm payment button the status says order confirmed, status pending shipment. Sure hope that means I am getting one. It would be soooo cool to have it for my trip to Mexico!
I would imagine like every other time I order if the item is not in stock they tell you at the point of ordering. I will keep my fingers crossed and let you guys know what happens in case there is anyone else that wants to order from them.

Been tons of fantastic work in here!! Recently been out and busted out the Big Stopper.

This year I have decided to get out of my comfort zone and try some new things (in the editing world).

Nice ones kobe and ryan! You guys are making me jealous, I haven't even been out to shoot once this year; let alone use a 10 stopper. I was getting worried about the big stopper being in a soft filter pouch inside my bag. I tried to make a hard case from a cd case but it did not seem to close up tight. I ordered one of these http://www.bhphotovideo.com …lastic_Filter_Case_E.html (external link)from B & H; fits nicely!

118 Seconds with my new HiTech 10-Stop filter which took some getting used to. Not sure about the white balance here, anything warmer looks artificial, but I'm not sold on this either.
