The sun was coming through some broken clouds just enough to keep the ice significantly brighter than the surroundings. I tried to capitalize on that by underexposing the shot a little bit, so it would isolate the iceberg from everything else in the photo. A few adjustments in Lightroom 4, and voilà! Facebook
