Thx! i want to do another on more windy day so I can expose for a shorter time and get less noise..

Was the first time I shot at that location and saw a boat there though

indeed it is, but the hitech prostop is a 10 stop filter! The 0.9 nd filter is being used to darken the sky, it is a graduated neutral density filter. There is no way he could achieve 86 second exposure with that amount of light using just a 3 stop filter.
