When Canon released the 7D I thought to myself, I may have to get one of these but they are just too much out of my price range:(

But then on Friday, I got a mail from Warehouse Express saying Canon were knocking £500 off the price until 29th November:D

Thats an offer too good to refuse. So tomorrow I should get my new 7D to add to my collection. Fingers crossed it lives up to expectations, I'm really looking forward to using a camera with some new features for me (live view, movie, Digic 4, etc).

As soon as I take some decent images, weather permitting, I'll post them up.

Cheers

Congrats. The 7D is one outstanding camera. You'll have a great time with it I'm sure.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Saw warehouse express price, pissed me off I payed £1300 for mine a couple weeks ago :p Although saying that they're out of stock now.

Still, how can I complain, I've totally fallen In love with the 7D, and you probably will too!

Any questions? 'cause it's not a simple camera...

Ordered a gripped 7D for my collection at 10am this morning to take advantage of the price reduction. Came this afternoon to find a confirmation email that it would arrive tomorrow - just in time as Warehouse website says they are now sold out!

Cheers everyone.

Doesn't surprise me that WEx have sold out, they should do at that price. Had confirmation email to say its been despatched, I'm sooooo excited. I think I'm more excited about the 7D coming that I was when I got my 5D a couple of years back.

Have fun with the new toy, considering one as well. I see Jacobs are doing them for £1195 if you use the discount code, again only till 29th Nov. Just wonder where the price will move to after 29th !!
