Paid $400 and it sits in my bag while I use my 50mm indoors (does very well). It's summer and I am defintely not using it outdoors with my 70-200. What's a guy suppossed to do? Keep it or what?

Lots of practice makes for confidence when something important comes along. If you do closeups, the flash is the way to go. Try using two, one for fillin or three, background. Lots of fun playing around.
