With PhotoShop CS4, from personal experience, you can load the software on two computers without any issues. From what I understand, that's the maximum amount of installations allowable under a single license. Hello, my name is Victor.

The key is, you are only supposed to have one running at a time, but the truth is that adobe can't do anything to stop you from running it on both at the same time I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

The license says you can only run one at the same time. The 'software authorization' required run it will allow up to TWO authorizations. However, there is no way anyone will know if both are running at the same time. Adam

I have no idea if photoshop does this or not. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.

So then how does Microsoft Word know that it's running on my laptop and refuse to start on my desktop? ***************

You know you can set windows firewall to block office from directly accessing the internet over certain (useless except to stop you from using both) ports I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else.
