I just wanted to post pics of my first Dslr camera from Adorama because i have not seen any pics of a refurb yet. Myself like many wanted to see the " real " condition of a refurbished camera. Hopefully this will help anyone who is on the fence about purchasing their very first or 20th Dslr as a refurb. My unit is in like new condition without a single scratch on her. Ive been playing around with every button and setting making sure everything is in working order and im here to report its flawless thus far!

Box!

no problems, except it came shipped with a tiny spec of dust between the LCD and the protector :( not a deal breaker, but an annoyance none the less.

Wow.. Congrats! I am looking at the T1i and have debated going refurbished, seeing how happy you are with it makes the choice more difficult!

Its been so much fun and learning experience with this camera...and the video feature wasn't such a big feature I was needing but kinda cool to have...but after using it and watching it on a hdtv I am just amazed on how clear and crisp the video was...u can't go wrong with this camera...! I got it for just under $500 with bing thru ebay...go get it!

I bought my 1D Mark II used and it came in a white box with Canon styling just like that. I'd heard about refurbs coming in white boxes but I assumed it was a plain white box. Guess I bought a used refurb

What kind of warranty does Adorama give on refurb DSLR cameras? Ive been thinking about refurb to save a couple hundred. Wonder if SquareTrade offers warranties, gotta check that out also.
