I've been wanting to get out to Treasure Island for a bit and shoot some night shots of my Corvette with San Francisco in the background. I had the great pleasure to hook up with Killjoy and do that on Monday night. Here are the results.

1. 1. 580EXII on a stand to camera left. 550 on a stand to camera right with red gel. IS)100, f5.0, 1/100

2. 2. Under a streetlight. ISO100, f9.0, 15 sec.

3. Light painting-each of us with a small flashlight with a red gel. ISO100, F29, 13 sec.

4. Light painting. ISO100 f11, 13 sec.

IMO, the best light was right there on the horizon!

This was on Treasure Island. It is the exit on the Bay Bridge (I-80) halfway across the bay. Specifically on Ave of the Palms.

1 looks a bit OOF and I think the light painting really ruins a very nice car. Vettes FTW
