First Model shoot

Been lurking this site for quite a while, so now my entry

after queensnight (koninginnenach) i met a girl who does makeup and stuff and wanted to do a modelshoot with me...

first time for everyone... i think they came out pretty good...
tips and tricks are welcome

and i know i need to pay more attention to the background (but that is only visible in my portfolio (direct link to her album), not in the attachments

Welcome! The first one looks like it only needs a little minor adjustment in PS, but it is still very nice. The second one is simply fantastic though! 8)

I think they did too.
These are both pretty good for different reasons. The first as a good close in shot for a portfolio maybe, and the second looks kind of like a cover shot style for Ladies Home Journal of something similar. Nice shots, and welcome to the forum.

btw: taken with an eos 300d with one of the following lenses:
- 18-55mm kitlens
- 70-300mm sigma
- 50mm canon prime 1.8 II
cheap but working like a charm

that one is straight out of the cam... no adjustments whatsoever, only raw to jpeg.
