I like them, maybe make them a little warmer/soften the skin (but keep the eyes sharp!) good work!

Nice shots but the skin is tad overdone. Just lower opacity on skin layer and your shots will look better.
As the first shot is close up, it will show all possible imperfections on her skin even you applied skin smoothing. Clean the skin first (healing/patch tool is your friend) and then apply smoothing.
Her skin looks pretty good so when you have done with skin cleaning, the skin should look pretty good withouth any smoothing applied. When basic cleaning is done you dont have to be so hard on smoothing part and that will give you much more natural look

with a little time you will get such smoothness out of your system and settle down for a more natural look ;)
try to use just a patch and a healing tool first, without the blurring.

Like them, first one has to much ps work.

After gaussian blur, add some noice, 2.5-3.5 should be enough :)
