Well just checked my status on my 5DMKII and it went from an estimated ship date of 12/16/09 to 1/5/10! Man that sucks but it's still worth the wait. Was just hoping to get it in this tax year. Hopefully they at least charge my credit card in 09.

No play time on Christmas for me :(

I just checked mine and my 5DII Kit is still showing 12/17. I have a feeling that I will suffer the same fate as you are. I just ordered 1 day earlier from you .... crossing finger!

Damn, I hope this is not the case for me. Mine says expected delivery date of 12/16. It would be nice to have it before Christmas.

At least you guys can see an updated shipping date. Since they shipped my 24-70L separately, I don't even see an expected delivery date now. Last time I called they said 12/18, but that was a week+ ago.

Good luck. I placed on order in June for a 5d2 through Dell. They canceled it a week before a wedding in October! "We're sorry the manufacturer has discontinued this item." I raised quite a stink, but quickly got them to send me a 5d2 kit.

Don't count your chickens on anything through Dell until you have it in hand.

Sorry! I just wanted to make sure that you aren't relying on it. I got in line with Dell because I get a great deal there through some discounts I'm entitled to. That was back when everyone had a ~3 month wait. They left me hanging. I really wanted it for the 10/30 wedding I had as it was the darkest wedding I've ever done to date. Made do though!

Just got an email this morning about an item in my order being delayed. My new estimated delivery date: 1/4/2010.

My order says the estimated delivery date to be 12/16/09 still. Not sure but I had also bought next day shipment so we'll see what happens tomorrow

I paid 17.99 for 2nd day delivery... didn't do me much good. Got my 24-70 pretty quickly, but still delayed on the 5dMkii. Hopefully I'll get my camera before my cashback...

I highly doubt that bing will pay any cashback until items are shipped and paid for. Hopefully we get our stuff before that.

They will pay out on the date specified unless they receive notice from the merchant that the item was returned or the order was cancelled. I've bought a few special order items that weren't shipped or billed by time the cash back hit my Live/Bing account.
