I've been experimenting with OCF since the beginning of this month. I have had some hits and misses (more misses).

At first I only had a 420EX. Then, I bought a 580EX II and a wireless system to trigger them. I also have a medium sized reflector. Also, I bought a small softbox - Lumiquest Promax Softbox III (external link)

I have a tripod so I can at least use that to mount one of my flashes - most likely the 580 with the softbox attached. I know that I should really get a light stand since there are times I won't have a human light stand.

I would like to be able to use my reflector - what equipment do I need to have that held up by a light stand? Do I need a boom and some kind of clamp? Would it even be worth the trouble to have a set up so that I can have the circular reflector and the flash, pointed at the reflector, on the same light stand? Or should I just get a big umbrella?

What specific parts would I need for those setups?

Any help would be appreciated!

I think this (external link) is what you need to be able to hold that reflector.

Just to make sure - this can hold a flash and a reflector (via the clips) simultaneously, right?

I guess you could do that but it's not made for that. The reflector and the light are usually placed opposite each other relative to the subject. Or were you thinking of bouncing the flash light off the reflector before the light hit the subject? At any rate, you'll probably want to use that just for the reflector and then get another stand for the flash.
