No discounts at all. They do have a quarterly catalog for employees on refurbished items but, that's about it.

I do go out and take pictures with my 1Ds MK III.:) Is there anything wrong with that?:) Speculation is free in this part of the forum and we can dream to our hearts content for the next 1Ds IV.:D

Imaginary cameras take imaginary pictures. With imagainary equipment, people can dream up all kinds of specs and technological advances with no downsides.

The thing is, the Canon 1Ds Mark IV will eventually be here. What is pretty funny is all of the 60D threads when there is a good chance there will never be a 60D and people seem to think the 60D will be technologically backward camera and that Canon would actually would release such a camera.
